Terms of Services

The rules that apply when the EvinceAuto site and its services are used.

Last updated: September 2026

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Services govern access to and use of the EvinceAuto website and the services offered through it. By visiting the site, creating an account or submitting a request, you agree to be bound by these terms and by the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What EvinceAuto Provides

EvinceAuto offers general information about auto insurance and a way to request quotes and coverage details.

EvinceAuto is not an insurance company and does not issue policies, bind coverage or pay claims. Any policy is a contract between you and the insurer that issues it, and the wording of that policy controls.

Eligibility

The site is intended for residents of the United States who are at least eighteen years old. By using the site you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the details you submit are accurate and belong to you.

Accounts and Sign Up Details

Some features require an account. When you create one, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current details.
  • Keep your password private and not share your account.
  • Report any suspected unauthorized access promptly.

You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.

Text Message Program

With your consent, EvinceAuto may send text messages about your auto insurance inquiry and, where you have opted in, marketing messages.

  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
  • Reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable Use

When using the site, you agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading details, or details that belong to someone else.
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
  • Copy, scrape or resell site content without written permission.

Information Only

Content on the site is provided for general educational purposes. It is not legal, financial or professional insurance advice, and it does not replace the terms of your own policy.

Quotes are estimates supplied for your review and may change once an insurer verifies your details.

Intellectual Property

The EvinceAuto name, logo, text, graphics and page design are owned by EvinceAuto or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Pages may be viewed and printed for personal use only.

Third Party Services

The site may link to, or pass your request to, insurers and other third parties. EvinceAuto does not control their websites, products or decisions and is not responsible for them. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EvinceAuto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

Arbitration and Disputes

Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of the site will first be addressed through good faith discussion. If it cannot be resolved that way, it will be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where the law does not allow this.

  • Claims may be brought only on an individual basis.
  • Class actions and class arbitrations are waived.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to These Terms

EvinceAuto may update these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page, and the date shown above will change to match. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
